| | Well, it has officially been forever since I updated, we've been crazy busy, here's the story in a peanut shell of what's been up around here.
Paul has been working some long hours, he works anywhere from 10 to 12 hours a day at work...usually the 10. "We" have taken over the 4plex, and since one tenant moved out Paul has been cleaning paiting, and putting floors in, which he is just finishing today. He has been leaving for work, coming home and eating and leaving again. On our anniversary, which was last wed, he only went out for an hour, but still. He now has another unit to paint and prep by the 15th, and one more at the end of the month, so we've just been run ragged and it looks like continuing.
Paisley is hitting her stride in sepreation anxiety, and it's really hard for me to get alot done right now. Plus I have been feeling a bit ill, just generally yuckiness, I have no appetite at all, and it's all I can do to make sure Paisley is fed well...food ugh. As a result I think I have lost some weight, but I'm not too hapy about it, it's the wrong way to do it. I have insomnia too...you think I would be able to post, but I've just not been able to work up the motivation to spend the time typing. Sorry ladies.
Paisley is also teething more and wanting more and trying to do more, and for the most part succeedding brilliantly, but it's alot of effort right now keeping her safe and somewhat happy.
I have been reading online, trying to keep more or less up with happenings, but not all that well, I've kinda took a wee break from the net while all this has been up, and I feel like a git for not telling anyone, it really wasn't on purpose, just kinda happened yk? Okay, so my lack if communication is just not on, but I only a bit guilty, I needed the break.
I'm still not giong to be around a ton right now, what with all that's coming up, but I at least will make a major effort to blog it out.
The weather is lovely here and Paisley is getting a ton of time outside. We have also been visiting alot, that's nice, I am trying to keep Paisley busy...it doesn't help her behavior to have the added issue of Daddy being gone so much, she misses him terribly.
We will be getting a nice bunch of cash coming in though. We are actually going shopping for a new bike for Paul tonight and maybe a dvd or something...we are getting $300 from the work he's doing now, plus the usual $100 for the month, then in 2 weeks anoth $300 and then again at the end of the month.Our landlord also wants Paul to rebuild the fence out front and he will, just not before June. Oh, and he has a weeks vacation at the end of may, but now he has to spend part of it painting the only unit on 4th that isn't being rented out...so in a month and a half he will have done all 4 units, poor boy, he works 50 hours a week already at his normal job.
My brother is moving up soon, probably next week and I have been getting things ready for him too. I have got the boy hooked on Harry Potter now, like every sensible person, he resisted, but I am a Gryffindor, and we don't just give up. So he's seen the movies (mine, I can't believe I lent all four to him, this is what stupid Gryffindors do for a cause, and I have been craving them lately something fierce.) I wish maybe I'd just kept Prisoner of Azkaban, it's my fave, but then that would suck for him. Oh well, soon he'll be here and I'll have my babies moveis back. I am looking forward to someone else to speculate with I am full of things to talk to him about, our phone conversations have already gone into areas I hadn't with Paul, and I am loving it. I miss my Alex.
So there you have it, things have been nutters around here. In other news I just started af, I knew that I was not pg, it was just taking forever, something like 64 days in that cycle ugh. Paisley is eating a ton more solids though, so I am hoping that will help.
